Rosalie Craft | Owner and Director

Rosalie Craft is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is board certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. Rosalie uses a gentle, collaborative approach while working with individuals, couples and families. She builds relationships by trust, confidentiality and assisting her clients in developing the necessary skills for long-term recovery.

Aaron Thomas

Counselor, MA, LLPC


Aaron Thomas is an Oakland University graduate, who obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor under the supervision of Rosalie Craft, LPC. Having five years of experience working in an ABA clinic with children on the autism spectrum, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to his practice.
As a therapist, Aaron aims to provide a warm and supportive environment for clients to explore their story, as a way for the client to gain insight and heal.He works with individuals of all ages, with a focus on preteens to young adults. Marriage and family therapy is one of his concentrations where he uses proven strategies that reflect successful results. He addresses individual concerns and is versed in treating depression, anxiety, grief, family conflict, trauma, ADHD, ASD, and life transitions. Aaron primarily employs a Person-Centered approach and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He places a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, recognizing that individuals with a history of trauma may face unique challenges.

Christa Praschan

Office Manager & Administrative Assistant


Christa Praschan has been with Daybreak Counseling, P.C. for the past 4+ years, serving as the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant. Christa enjoys serving our clientele, whether that is greeting them as they come in the door, to offering a coffee or water, scheduling their appointments, or verifying their insurance benefits. You can rest assured that she will make your first appointment as effortless and comfortable as possible.

In addition to her administrative duties, Christa obtained her Lay Biblical Counseling Certificate in May of 2022. She is looking forward to the opportunities this will afford her.
